What We Make

We transform the way high-performance materials are made. Our proprietary microwave plasma technology produces ultra-pure anode, cathode and alloy powders through a dry, fast and scalable process enabling next-generation solutions for batteries, electronics, aerospace and advanced manufacturing.

Anode Materials

We develop and produce two leading-edge anode materials that address key challenges in today’s battery technologies:

Carbon-Coated SiOx (C-SiOx)
A high-capacity, silicon-based anode featuring a nano-scale core-shell structure with a carbon coating to improve stability and minimise volume expansion.


Metal Lithium Ribbon with Embedded Magnesium (MLRM)
A next-generation lithium metal thin-film anode designed for solid-state batteries, with magnesium added to suppress dendrite growth and improve safety.

These materials are designed for use in lithium-ion and solid-state batteries, supporting applications in EVs, energy storage systems, and portable electronics.

We develop and produce a range of high-performance lithium-ion battery cathode powders including nickel-rich compositions such as NMC-type materials, using a dry plasma process that significantly reduces production time, cost and environmental impact compared to conventional wet synthesis methods.

Our process supports the production of consistent, high-purity powders with uniform particle size and can be tailored to meet specific material requirements for electric vehicles, grid storage and other advanced battery applications.

Cathode Materials

Advanced Materials

We produce highly engineered metal powders using our proprietary plasma process, designed for applications requiring precise performance, uniformity and thermal or magnetic stability:


High Entropy Alloy (HEA) Powders
Spherical, submicron powders with uniform multi-element distribution (e.g., CrMnFeCoNi), ideal for 3D printing, aerospace and defense.


Nickel-Alloy Powders
Includes Permalloy (NiFe 80:20) and Invar (NiFe 36:64) tailored for use in electronics, sensors and components requiring controlled magnetic or thermal properties.
